Founded some forty years ago by the merger between two family firms in Northern France, the butter packing and Distribution Company LOYEZ-WOESSEN is today a leader in its field.

Following a successful working partnership over several years with the Irish Dairy Board,
LOYEZ-WOESSEN became a subsidary of the group in 1997 and is today the sole distributor in France of IDB's flagship brand, Kerrygold Butter.

In order to consolidate its development, LOYEZ-WOESSEN commissioned a new state of the art butter packing facility that became operational early in 1999. Built on a site of 5 acres, this plant is strategically located in the heart of Europe, with direct access to all
the major ports in
Northern
Europe.
